Portable storage containers (PODS, Packits, etc),, dumpsters and dumpster bags will only be considered under special circumstances and in limited locations. The owner or resident must notify the Association at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the container or dumpster placement and possible approval. The Association will issue a fine of $50 per day for any unauthorized container or dumpster placed on Association property.
No, if any vehicle is parked in a lawn area, then the owner is responsible for the Association's restoration costs with a minimum fine of $50.00.
Yes, a limit of two birdfeeders may be placed in a common or limited common area, including patios and decks. The birdfeeders must be an enclosed type that prevents spillage onto the ground.
No. Placing food on the ground, in a bowl, plate, trough or other similar device is strictly prohibited. Feeding deer or other wildlife by hand is prohibited. Feeding wildlife other than with a maximum of two birdfeeders is strictly prohibited. Placing food on the ground attracts rodents and insects close to the buildings and impacts your neighbors and other residents in the communities. Attracting deer close to the buildings brings the risk of deer ticks associated with Lyme disease in humans and pets. Feeding wild animals with human foods is highly discouraged by the PA Game Commission as detrimental to the wild animals health and encourages unnatural behaviors.
Trash can be placed curbside no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to trash collection. Trash cans must be moved back to your unit by 9:00 a.m. on the day following trash and recycling collection.
Trash and recycling collection day is on Wednesday. If there is a holiday observed by Waste Management during the week prior to or on Wednesday, then trash and recycling collection will be on Thursday. Note that Christmas and New Years Day fall on a Sunday in 2022 and on the first day of 2023. Trash and recycling will be collected on the Wednesday following the normal schedule. No. Any large items or trash must be kept in your unit until the evening prior to trash day. Please make arrangements with the furniture or appliance delivery company to take your old items away to avoid any problems having a large item outside of your unit or curbside prior to trash day.
Bounce houses and inflatable slides are not permitted. Small inflatable pools are permitted, if they are emptied and deflated at the end of each day’s use. Fully inflatable pools cannot be stored anywhere on common or limited common areas.
