Quail Run Homeowners Council
The Quail Run Association Council consists of five volunteer members elected by the Association homeowners in accordance with the Quail Run Declaration and Code of Regulations. Each Council member volunteers to serve a two-year term. Council is designated with managing the business, operations and affairs of the property Association on behalf of the unit owners.

Bob Ralston - Property Manager
Bob Ralston is the Property Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Association. Bob is a long-time owner/resident and Council member. He oversees the Association staff and contractors, day-to-day maintenance scheduling, budget planning and represents the Association in insurance, legal and governmental matters. Bob is certified to manage pool operations. Bob is a long-time professional civil engineer with experience in planning, construction and management.
Denise Agnello - Office Manager
As the Association’s Office Manager, Denise is the Association’s first liaison with owners and residents. Denise manages and coordinates work between contractors and residents, assists with the bookkeeping and pool operations, oversees the clubhouse and party room operations and organizes the Association’s records. Denise brings a wealth of experience to the position previously managing medical offices, as an HR consultant and as a small business owner.
Ed Marrabell
Ed is an important member of the Quail Run staff as our Maintenance Manager. Ed is a jack-of-all trades focusing on building and lighting maintenance work, pool maintenance, drainage, emergency repairs and landscaping. Ed has a strong background from years of experience in the residential building trades. Ed is a reliable and dedicated member of the staff who takes pride in his work for the community.
Lifeguards
Quail Run has a terrific staff of dedicated lifeguards who oversee the safety of all swimmers in addition to opening and closing the pool daily.
